The Cleveland Browns in 2022 will once again host their annual “10 Days of Giving” as the team strives to lift spirits of those in need throughout Northeast Ohio during the holiday season. Throughout “10 Days of Giving,” spanning Dec. 6-15, Browns players, coaches and staff will participate in special community events and make meaningful contributions to deserving organizations or individuals as part of the team’s yearlong commitment to promoting education, youth football and social justice, as well as inspiring others through the signature First and Ten volunteering movement.
“10 Days of Giving” fully encompasses the Browns’ dedication to education and combatting chronic absenteeism in Ohio through the Stay in the Game! Keep Learning, Every Day Network; its focus on enhancing youth and high school football and encouraging participation and improving access to the sport throughout the state; and its commitment to social justice initiatives in the region.
Preliminary information on the Browns’ community involvement throughout “10 Days of Giving” is included below.

Stay in the Game! Network visit to Cleveland Metropolitan School District’s Franklin D. Roosevelt Academy with Arby’s Foundation, which will present a $110,000 grant to the Network **(see media advisory attached; LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah and DE Alex Wright attended)
• Through their partnership with the Browns, Sugardale will be donating $5,000 of holiday hams and other items to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.

Youth Football – The Cleveland Browns are committed to assisting the development, safety and growth of youth and high school football throughout Northeast Ohio with year-round programming for players, coaches, officials and parents. Through camps, clinics and other initiatives, the Browns’ goal is to promote healthy, social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of youth by enhancing opportunities for youth football participation and education.
First and Ten – Launched in June 2014, the Cleveland Browns First and Ten campaign is the team’s community program, established to inspire fans to *#give10 and help their communities by volunteering for 10 hours each year. Through First and Ten, the Browns are the only NFL club to promote a long-term volunteering program that unifies the team and its entire fan base, with the goal of impacting every individual’s city across the globe, as well as the franchise’s local community. To date, more than 2.75 million hours of volunteering have been pledged through First and Ten. All Browns fans are encouraged to join the volunteering effort by signing the First and Ten pledge on the team’s website and by sharing their stories with #give10.

Seven high school football teams from Northeast Ohio will make their way to Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in the hopes of taking home a state title

Browns players and staff members helped package over 24,000 meals and 500 turkeys for donations ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday
