Drouin will oversee the strategy and operations of Baker Tilly’s technology practice and lead a team of talented professionals. Such business challenges may be domestic and global expansion, new product development, ongoing funding requirements, revenue recognition requirements and exit strategy evaluation.

Drouin joined Baker Tilly in 2021 through the acquisition of Boston-based accounting and advisory firm The MFA Companies (MFA). During his 20 years at MFA, he built a robust practice centered on technology clients in the software-as-a-service, enterprise technology and consumer sectors. Prior to joining MFA, he was vice president of information systems at a billion-dollar venture capital firm.
