In this roundtable, participants can expect to look at how to better their charity’s board governance through moving to a digital environment, coupled with effective, digital-only meetings. Participants will then take a deep dive into the latest digital tools (such as a board portal platform), and how they can be used to deliver effective meetings, improve collaboration, and provide a secure remote meeting environment in which to discuss important issues and share sensitive information. Finally, these discussions will be steered towards approaching the cost-of-living crisis.
The online roundtable will finish with a Q&A, encouraging open conversation on the topics discussed.
